With over 25 years’ experience in finance and doubling as the Franchise Principal of Aussie Capalaba, she brings sharp commercial thinking and disciplined decision‑making to the team.

Nick Murphy is a hands‑on civil construction leader with deep experience across pipelaying, underground services, detailed excavation and bulk earthworks. He began his career as a qualified construction plant fitter and has since completed Certificate IV qualifications in Site Supervision and Project Management, bringing a practical, solutions‑focused mindset to every job. Having progressed from leading hand through to senior supervision and operational leadership on major infrastructure and subdivision projects, Nick is known for clear communication, strong site coordination and delivering to program. Today, as Director and Operations Manager of LED Plant & Civil, he leads the frontline with a focus on efficient execution and continuous improvement, driving LED’s standards for quality, safety and transparency.

David is LED's new General Manager, bringing over 20 years’ experience leading teams and driving operational performance across multiple industries. Joining the LED Plant & Civil leadership team, Dave's focus is on business strategy, organisational leadership, and building efficient, scalable operations. Always bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, Dave genuinely enjoys empowering teams to succeed and leading through focus on continuous improvement, sustainable growth, and delivering practical outcomes that add real value.

John Finnegan is LED Plant & Civil’s Superintendent and a key part of the team that keeps our sites running smoothly. John provides hands-on site leadership and coordination, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, quality control, and practical day-to-day decision making. He supports project execution by helping manage resources and equipment, maintaining clear communication and reporting, and ensuring works are carried out methodically and in line with project specifications and site controls.
